Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or for made-to-order and backordered items.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your address is not accepted during checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Eligible dry carbon fiber orders receive free standard shipping where indicated. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery

After an order has been dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or destination.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price unless stated at checkout.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@createcarbon.us with your order number and supporting photos when applicable. We will help you work with the carrier, but carrier delays and customs delays are outside our direct control.
